In the past I would expect to be in the DMV office 3 hrs just to renew my license- happened to me actually. On Monday, Nov 30th, I went to the Ladson office to renew my driver license and it only took me 15 MINUTES from in the door to out the door. The three ladies I dealt with were all pleasant, professional and efficient. My experience would be rated as somewhere above outstanding or excellent. And better than that I don't have to do it again for 10 years. That is great. Wish all of our state governemnt functions operated with that efficeiency. very respectfully, Ken Wilkes Goose Creek
