I would like to know why it is that in January of this year the school had asked that they be forgiven only 8 million in state loans, and 5 months later the amount had grown to the 12 million forgiven. I would also like an explanation of why this state college had been allowed to get into the financial mess it did without any oversight from the state any sooner than the end of last year. As a taxpayer, I feel that you and the legislature have and continue to fail the people of South Carolina. A very angry and disappointed citizen. Richard Green
