I've called SCDOT, Greenville County Traffic Division, and Codes Enforcement Greenville County. Both SCDOT and Greenville County Traffic Division said that the problem was not under their jurisdiction. I called and left a message at Codes Enforcement Greenville County, and haven't received a call back. The problem is the neighboring subdivision on Castellan Drive, Greer, SC, has trees who's leaves have grown out into the roadway. This blocks your view to see oncoming traffic when you have to make a left into the rear entrance of my apartment complex (Oak Ridge Apartments). The main road through Oak Ridge Apartments, is Oak Ridge Place. The problem is at the intersection of Old Boiling Springs Road and Oak Ridge Place. Google maps coordinates are 34.865974, -82.276516. If I could find out the phone number to the homeowner's assoc for the Castellan Drive subdivision, I would call them. Tried looking it up on the net to no avail. I've been honked at numerous times while making the left into my apt complex bcs, you have to inch out into oncoming traffic lane to see oncoming traffic. This is very dangerous. The Castellan Drive subdivision needs to trim back the leaves of their trees at the said intersection, so people can see to make a left turn into the apt complex. Thank you for your help!!! 108.67.211.233
