I moved to KY from SC. Before getting my lic. transferred to KY . i got a 1st.DUI in KY. so KY suspended my lic. until i completed drug and alcohol classes and paid all my fees . And after doing all this in ky. I was cleared by KY .And when i went to get my KY driver's lic. I was told i could not because SC. has a hold on them.And when i contacted SC. they said i was required to come to SC and do classes and pay fees and wouldnt release until i did. I cant do this . I live and work in KY. And i just need them released . I was told to contact a lawyer that i may have a double jep.case . But i just want my lic. Its been almost three years ago next week .
