Tiller, having now watched the dash cam video of the incident in which Zach Hammond lost his life. My opinion from watching the video is Zach was killed while trying to escape...not while trying to injure Lt. Tiller. And I am fully convinced this is a very obvious conclusion to draw from the video. Without any doubt, I believe Lt. Tiller should be charged in the death of Zach Hammond. It is my hope, since the decision has been made at the local level to NOT charge Lt Tiller, that the State of SC will exercise its authority to charge Lt. Tiller with the death of Zach Hammond. Please do not let this injustice stand.
