Can you please draft a response accordingly and send to Mr. Sampson so that we have a record of our office’s response?

Rebecca, After reviewing this,  there is nothing our office can do.   I am a retired Soldier and this gentlemen should be talking to a JAG Officer if he has not already.   I have seen this happen too many times over the years.  If he is concerned with his personal property it is a law enforcement issue.

Dave,

To be completely honest, I am not exactly sure.

I guess it would be a good idea to consult with a lawyer regarding a possible divorce so I have an idea as to she might do to me in this situation. So if there is someone that comes recommended, that would be great. We were married in Virginia, and that is where I currently call home, however I would expect her to file in South Carolina. As I shared with you already, my personal desire is to stay together above all else, but His will over my own.

If any of this helps… Her name is RyanLynn Sampson, before me her last name was Zanowick, maiden name is Detwiler. I can provide more info like her DOB and SSN.

The title is in my name, and SHOULD be at my house in VA. I will check on that first thing as soon as I get home on the 5th of April. I am thinking about showing up to retrieve my Truck and trailer around the end of April.

I doubt anything can be done… but my heart is broken for her five year old son, Uriah. I have no legal connection to him but it’s clear that he deserve better than what she drags him through.

Not sure how much of this helps. I’m pretty lost in this whole thing. I’ve thought of tracking down a private investigator so I can prove her unfaithfulness (so I’ve been told). Either way she took/spent all the money when she left, so I have very little to spend towards any of this.

Thank you very much for your time Brother!

Thank you,

Matthew Sampson

Dave,

I wanted to check to make sure we got your email correctly.

Thank you very much for your offer of assistance with my issues in South Carolina, at this point I can use all the help I can get. I’m not sure what all you are willing to offer, and I surly do not want to take advantage of your kindness.

Not sure if it helps, but here is my wife’s address…where I believe my Truck and trailer still are.

5340 Stoneboro Rd, Heath Springs, SC 29058

Please let me know what the church or myself can do for you and your family, have a blessed week!

Thank you,

Matthew Sampson
