Subject: Employee Appreciation Week

Good Morning,

I know that most of you have worked hard on events for this week. I have looked at the scheduled events and over the past five years I think that I have been to an appreciation event at every prison. Thank you for your initiative, generosity and resourcefulness in those efforts. I know that many of your key staff work hard as well.
