<WFUD_Request>This message is in regards to the very poor service your OS/OW Permit office provides.First we went online to gain a permit for 116 wide 9'8 is all the system did not work at all.I phoned in was asked to fill out an application and fax it in.
We did so.We received a faxed call no permit came across. They did that close to 11:00am.We faxed, emailed a called asking to resend the fax. To no avail. They the permit office shut off communications from 11:00am to 2:00pm.We have people and customers waiting
for service. The permit office is incapable of doing a consistent job. So they shut off communications for three hours a day.So now our customer doesn't get the service we should be providing. We paid $30.00 for this little permit plus and extra charge for
using a cc.WE SHOULD OF HAD IT WITHIN 30 MINUTES. Not four to five hours.Georgia your neighbor is on line their system works great we had our permit for them with in 5 minutes. They do not shut down their phone lines.Very poor service. This is something someone
should be looking into. Have a nice day</WFUD_Request>
