Dear Gov Haley,
as the founder of a grass roots criminal justice reform organization, I find it quite troubling that no mention of any plans for prisoners ( state and federal) have been mentioned in light of Hurricane Matthew. What is the policy and what are the procedures? Prisoners are citizens too and this is an issue that must be addressed immediately.
