McCray 1531 Rice Shire Rd Ridgeland SC 29936 lisasony@centurylink.com 8432581213 LETT The Spring Hill Plantation Rd does not have a Stop sign or Yield sign 71.49.33.152 I, Lisa McCray am writing in reference to a county road located, in Jasper County, called Spring Hill Plantation Rd off of hwy 17 426, East Frontage Rd. Here's the problem, this road does not have a stop sign and or a yield sign giving this dirt road the right of way merging into the flow of traffic. The main road, state rd s-27-19, Rice Shire Rd has a stop sign at the end of it before making a left turn onto East Frontage Rd. However, the stop sign is placed where you can hardly see the dirt road let alone see a vehicle coming until it reaches almost to the end of the dirt road, this is very dangerous. The state rd s-27-19, Rice Shire Rd should have the right of way because this is the main flow of traffic. The vehicles coming down Spring Hill Plantation Rd have an easier accessibility to seeing the traffic then the cars having to stop at the end of state rd s-27-19, Rice Shire Rd. I guess your wondering why now because this stop sign has been up here on Rice Shire for years? My concern is that an accident is going to happen. One morning this truck was speeding excessively down this this dirt road and almost hit me thank goodness it didn't because. I would of been at fault. ONCE AGAIN where the stop sign is you can hardly see the dirt road. I would like to thank you for your empathy and time in this matter. Respectfully provided, L. McCray Attn: Mr. Jamal
