Of course, medical child abuse accusations that one "deliberately" harmed their child are most difficult to make in criminal court. But, as a "made" diagnosis of "mental illness", they are almost impossible to defend against in a child protection setting no matter how innocent you are. If you look at the diagnostic criteria for Munchausen's-By-Proxy Governor it is most easy to apply to any concerned and stressed out parent with an extremely sick child. A child abuse "diagnosis" provides the medical facility with cover for any medical mistakes, failures, or negligence on their part -- they are protected by your State's near ironclad sovereign immunity no matter how wrong or malicious they might possibly be. Of course the not accused Father and extended family could not be entrusted with the care of any of the four children, even though that is what the laws of South Carolina and the United States actually specifies should occur. You see there is just too much money at play for the State, especially as it pertains to the care of the eleven year old son who is autistic. Well that Child was apparently sexually assaulted last August, reportedly no big deal. He was raped, sodomized, in his Foster Home on 29 Feb, apparently by the older kid that assaulted him in August. Better still, "staff" waited several days to report it to the police and to get the child to a hospital. The parents also report that during their limited supervised visitation, their children do not appear to be adequately cared for despite State claims to the contrary -- I'm sure they're not "thriving" and are worse off as your wards. Why ever would they not now "trust" their State? The most awful thing about this is that most of the players in this are good and professional people who want the best for these kids but are achieving the polar opposite. Of course, there is little [!!!!!] possibility of error by Government [In the Army, a very great and vital institution, we screwed up constantly but learned by it] -- the State cannot be wrong or, if right in any of it, could not possibly inflict far more damage to these children at great taxpayer expense by this intervention. Whether right or wrong, it will likely be full speed ahead until the family is eviscerated and the parents driven bankrupt. It will probably be held against them that they resent their son's sexual assault ... in your custody. My State of mostly very smart people allowed Boston Children's Hospital to grossly institutionally abuse Connecticut teenager Justina Pelletier for fourteen months of her eighteen in our custody. Children's, likely the best facility of its kind in the world, is about to take a hit for its outrageous behavior and gross abuse of their patient and my State's very involuntary ward. If I were you, I would not want to be played as the very despicable tyrant as our former Governor was. Everyone (our DCF, Courts and former Governor) were all very much played and appear the evil fool. I hope you are not a fool also Madam -- these children deserve better and, some in your Government need their asses kicked .... out the door.... into the private sector.
