During this time of emergency companies are still making there employees come into work, or making them stay extra hours because someone can't come in because there road is blocked, and also people are being fired on the spot for not being able to come to work during an opcon 1 state of emergency when people are being told to no go out on the roads. Now I'm not talking about Medical or states workers but I'm talking about those companies that want a dollar like a 24 hour convenient or a shopping center. Not sure if Governor Haley will be able to do any thing about this but I think if it's not an emergency facility or medical, I don't think they should be allowed to fire employees because they can't come to work or make them stay because they can't get someone to replace them, and then they have to work doubles or even triple shifts. Even not allowed to go home to there families which most of these people I am talking about are husbands which their employers won't allow them to go home to be with their families.
