We have been married since August 9, 1992. Rachel has had mental illness since age 14. Rachel and I as a couple managed to keep Medicaid coverage until I made the push to get off of the income restrictions. I now earn 20.85 per hour as a truck driver/ cylinder processor for Praxair. I had a overpayment from SSI and I have paid the money back. My problem I need help with is the payment process at Columbia Area Mental health. I need to pay for her clinic fees online and use PayPal or my BB&T checking account. I wish the Governor could check into this and make paying your bill easier. I would rather be able to go to a payment site and set up a payment account like any other billing service. I have Aetna insurance through work and pay around $50 bucks a week for the both of us. Rachel's meds are covered but she has a mandatory injection of Invega that costs over $2000 for a 134 mg shot. The nurse at Columbia Area has managed to get the shot through the drug company. I still have to pay her office visits.
