My name is Rain Bella.  I have just left a message with Heather for Dr. Scott Hayes in the ER. 
I sent an email request to President Gallati yesterday and today from Eabell13@gmail.com.

I was visiting the Charleston area on November 23, 2015 when the vehicle I was in was rear-ended by someone texting, holding a dog, and appearing to be on chemical substances.  The at fault driver never applied the brakes.  I received my medical record in December 2015.  Yesterday, I made several attempts to reach out to Plantation Billing to get a copy of my ER Billing statement in the amount of $440.00.    I never received a statement.  I am not a resident of South Carolina. I was initially visiting at the time of the accident and planned to return home. Since the accident I have been STUCK here.  I do not have an address here. 
Plantation Billing:
After being ON Hold and disconnected several times.  My fourth call resulted in setting up an account at mymedaccount.com. I did that without having a statement.  I have not been able to access that account due to several error codes, getting locked out, etc.  All codes were sent with the email to the President.  Last night, I called Plantation Billing.  I was told that I would receive the bill by fax this morning.  No bill arrived.
This morning, I called Plantation Billing and spoke with Lori.  Lori wanted to know why my cell phone number was different from the fax number.  AS THE PATIENT, if I am requesting a bill and verified all of the information, I should receive a bill.
I explained to Lori that I am stuck in South Carolina until this legal issue is settled.  Now, this Outsourced-third party billing company is requesting that I send them written verification that I want my own bill. They want the name of my attorney I do not have the time to be stone-walled. The bill is for my records.  If I do not receive a bill by email or fax, I will file this complaint with JCAHO.   REQUEST: I am requesting to receive a copy of the ER PHYSICIANS BILL. I CANNOT PAY IT WITHOUT PROOF THAT IT IS OWED.  I am not a resident of this state. I do not have a mailing address here.
