Good afternoon,

I have contacted the Governor's office prior in reference to this issue.  As always I received a prompt response and I thank you for taking the time to respond to my issues.  I originally cited an issue with the Department of Transportation about unsafe practices that lead to a 3-car accident on  I-26 in Charleston.  I had originally filed a complaint against the worker (Chet # 3123264) and I was never responded to until your office became involved.  A supervisor called and was supposed to follow up with me and possibly speak to a witness that was at the scene (Justin 843-329-9272) and I have not received a call back since then. I have since then witnessed the same driver on I-26 not practicing safe procedures.  I would appreciate more information and follow-up form this department .
