I want to urge you to vote to cut off spending tax dollars to implement the EPAs so-called Clean Power Plan. Recently, the U.S. Supreme Court put a stay on its implementation, indicating this horrible plan would do irreparable damage - with a nearly indiscernible impact on climate change.  Im also asking that you support Senate Bill- 046 so that, in the event that the US Court determines the Clean Power Rule must be implemented, the Colorado state legislature  which is accountable to the people  has the authority to help shape this plan before it is submitted to the EPA. SB- 046 would also instruct the state agencies developing the plan to ensure that it will protect the affordability and reliability of the state electricity system for its citizens.



The EPA's Clean Power Plan would cost Colorado billions of dollars and thousands of jobs.  Please be sure to take my opinion into consideration when voting on this issue.
