I received a call from Suzanne Cooper today.
I asked her if I would be receiving an unemployment check this week.
She said probably because during the week of Dec 22 through Dec 27 I had
logged into SCWorks.org

She asked me to call Call Center 866-831-1724.
I could not connect with anyone there?
Said my call could not go through and hung up.
So after 5 attempts I called the office of Jane Cecil Frick
she connected me up with Mrs. Robinson

I asked her if I would receive a check this week?
She said no payment would go out because of open issue and I will
get a call back (unknown from whom nor when) from the proper department
that handles these calls.

Please help.
