Due to the expired green card of my son and no reply for 4 years with USCIS, this might affect his chances of going to the internship. USCIS insist mine was granted April 2010 and my son was August 2010, and there was a 90 days gap that my son can't be on the same petition with me. I have applied together with my son on my Petition for I-145 up to I-1751. Due to the 3x mistake of the USCIS, it result us to have different date that we got declared as permanent resident on our green card that result for USCIS wanting me to file a separate one for my son and pay extra fee. I have been trying to work with Senators and Congressman in 3 different state, New Mexico, Maryland and Charleston, SC and I end up nowhere for 4 years fighting with USCIS. I have documents to proof that USCIS made the mistake and I have been ignored and USCIS still insist to apply another I-751 for my son and pay the fee. I cannot control how USCIS process our paperwork and how they make mistake in processing our paperwork. And it is us legal residents having to pay for their mistake. I am in deeply desperate to get help and not ruin my son's great opportunity to be in this internship. Please do call me or my husband Kalvin Nutt 8943 819 8425
