Governor Haley,
As a conservative that has been in education twenty years, I write to encourage you to stand behind the Senate budget.  Allocating $105 million to K-12 education is truly needed since Act 388 changed how it is funded.  Teacher salaries are still below the national average and we as a society continue to ask more and more of our teachers without compensation.  Please consider visiting Northwestern High School to see for yourself the hard work educators put in for the students of South Carolina.
