Beaufort Memorial Hospital in Beaufort, SC is still open with staff and 70+ patients despite mandatory evacuation. They have made attempts to discharge patients, however to our knowledge no patients have actually been evacuated. We have been told that we will have to remain at the hospital through the duration of the storm. We are on the water and some of the staff are concerned regarding safety before, during, and after the storm hits.
