I have written almost five times now about the state of mismanagement in the Florence county's DSS office.  My son has now been out of his home for almost seven months despite everything DSS has asked us to do.  I was in a "treatment plan" for about five months, which I successfully completed.  I have had four drug/alcohol tests which I have also successfully passed.  Every time there is a time to be evaluated and dismissed from this agency, the case-worker wants something else. This is a case of extreme incompetency and all grievances against this office will assuredly be filed. Please assist me in some way where people who consistently lie and put up barricades against the reunification of my son and I will finally stop.  If DSS knew that they had to have these assessments, when what were they waiting for?  And, I'm sorry is not an adequate response for irresponsibility.  If this supervisor would like to continue to make a salary of $50,000, then she should be held for responsibility of a case-worker who is rude, judgmental, and as far as I am concerned, mentally unstable. Any insight into this case would be greatly appreciated.
