You told us all no new gas taxes are needed when you ran for office. We all know that the state has a billion dollar tax surplus now and it continues that is "per year" for the foreseeable future! 

What's changed except your not up for reelection? Considering all the other "weasel" things you have done I doubt that this email or a million like it will change your mind but I do not want
to pay a dime more in gas tax and I don't want to give the SCDOT one thin dime until it has been reformed. For God sake,their own fraud investigator can't check up on them.  What is this, the old KGB run Russia? 

No gas tax increase and no DOT funding till it is cleared out of the infrastructure that turned it into what it is....a national embarrassment!

Final words, I doubt you will resign your office but you should! I am ashamed I vote for you twice.
You can bet that I won't support you or anyone who gets your endorsement for any office.
