It's too long. However, it states we are "officially" closed until Monday. The subject line is "11 and 12 months employees required to report to work tomorrow and Friday." Citizens have been instructed to stay home if possible. Approximately 2,000 employees will be on the roads tomorrow to add to the confusion.
