Hi, my name is Denis Busby. I served in the national guard also. Thank you for the military support. I want to know if there was any legislation in the works to get the mopeds off the roads. They don't have insurance or a motor cycle license and cause other vehicles to almost get into accidents going around them. Seems like DUI's and people that dont want to pay insurance like we do get all the benefits for free and we do not.  I feel at least they need to go to the DMV and at least have a moped license for identification purposes. Thank you for your time and support for our state.
