The health dept. has ordered all communities including nursing homes, etc. closed until further notice.  As a result, seniors returning to their independent living apts and homes (after being informed that their counties were open) are being barred from entering them.  This order should specifically EXCLUDE independent living units within these communities.  Seniors are returning and finding they cannot enter their homes.  THIS ORDER SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY CLARIFIED SO THAT SENIORS CAN RETURN TO THEIR HOMES.
