Does it have to do with the fact that transgender people average about 3 per thousand of population and are therefore not likely to vote them out of office. Is it because of some religious belief, in a country where all people are guaranteed the right to practice their version of religion. The Christian right has no greater or lesser right that any other group, why do they feel that they can impose what they feel is true on other peoples. I am transgender, I was created by the same God as they, since God is held to be infallible then the entire Christian belief system falls into question. How can they say that God creates only that which is perfect and then turn around and state that the approximately 770,000 transgender people in the US are evil and of the devil. Assuming that Christianity is true, which I believe to be the case, then Christians are duty bound to love God, love one another, to have charity in their hearts, et al. Past that, please provide multiple, documented, verifiable cases where a transgender person preyed upon other people in a restroom. No one, to my knowledge, has been able to do that, all these bills, from state to state, are based on assumptions. Surely, your state has some real issues that need to be addressed not pandering to fear mongers. Please, veto this bill should it be passed.
