On Another Subject:

I live in SC now because of Domestic Violence and I just wanted to be sure that people that have been victims are represented going forward.  Brief story (left NC with broken leg, ankle...black eyes, choke marks etc), no one could understand why I kept going back?  I could not understand and I still do not, unless it came from the generation above me that just hung in there.

I will tell you this, the VICTIM has to take the responsibility to GO, JUST GO.  What catapulted me was the Urgent Care Doctor in Asheville, NC that stated the next time the police come to your house, we will take your children because you may want to live this way, but they do not have a choice.  All I needed to see was something more important than myself.  I had reached a stage of where I felt as if my soul was catatonic, but I soon realized that not where my children were concerned and I had never looked at it that way.  I was abusing and neglecting them because they saw the abuse.  

Sorry, I rambled on, just wanted to share and if you need more information or assistance I would love to do whatever I can.
