My name is Susan Hall. My husband is James Hall. In October of 2015, he received a pardon (# 13209). In November of 2015,after several previous gun purchases,he was denied. I have called at least 4 times throughout the year,including today,to get some answers as to why he was denied in the first place since he has a pardon. They will not give me any information.  He has done everything that has been required of him to do. There is NO sufficient reason for him to be denied. I'm asking that this be looked into and resolved. My husband is a good and upstanding man. He just wants to be able to protect his family and take his boys hunting. He has done his time, which was 18 years ago, and he has gone through the necessary steps that is required by law to put all of this behind him. Still, to this day, it is NOT resolved. We would like to move on from this, but we cannot until his pardon is "reinstated". We are asking you, as citizens of South Carolina, and America, that my husband would be able to partake in ALL of the rights due him.
