Dear Governor Haley,

My name is Marcellette Eason, and I am caught up in a conspiracy of fraud that I NEVER voluntarily participated in, and I NEED YOUR HELP!  Here's my dilemma, I used to be a resident of Jacksonville, FL in 2007, working as an administrative assistant for Arlington Congregational Church.  I quit my job, and relocated back to Orangeburg, SC on the advice of my sister and father because my husband was using crack cocaine.  After I arrived back to Orangeburg, the recession settled in, family didn't help as promised, resulting in me losing my brand new car and depleting all of my funds.  From that time, I was living with my father who suffered a stroke in April 2009. My sister forced me out of my father's house, and I have been living in shelters &amp with other people since then.  It all boils down to this, my younger sister made a false will &amp took my father's name off of my birth certificate. My husband and his family, as well as my family lied to DSS (Department of Social Services) on me. My cousin and sister have been receiving an SSI check on behalf of me and my daughter. The way this situation was explained to me, from talking to random people, is that DSS is trying to prove that I am an unfit mother so that child support charges can be dropped against my husband.  No one NEVER told me what was going on, and I had to put the pieces of the puzzle together myself. My husband is a crack addict with no high school diploma.  I on the other hand, have NO habits with a BS degree in business management.  I have been deferring my student loans since 2007 because I have been going through this case of fraud with DSS, and unable to obtain stable housing, and employment.  Long story short, no one is giving me a time frame as to when all of this is going to end, and I HAVE REACHED BEYOND MY LIMIT OF PRAYING AND BEING PATIENT!  Because of the conspiracy with the Sheriff's Department, DSS, and 3 churches involved helping my husband, the situation is air tight, and I have no one to help me.  My request is this, I need your help in sending someone honest to represent me, and bring this fraud to an END!  I want my life and my 16 year old daughter back. I did my best to try not to put anyone in jail, but this situation has been dragging on far too long! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!
