Disclaimer: I am not harassing or intimidating anyone by no means but seeks the truth and justice.
All:
I was reviewing Attorney Joshua Barr letter (2014) where he indicated that SCDEW was not discriminating and retaliating against me because it allowed the opportunity to apply for jobs. Provided that SCDEW blocked me from the application process would have been illegal therefore it allowed the opportunity to apply knowing that barred from applying prevents any employment consideration. The ability to apply for jobs do not exempt SCDEW from illegally applying barred from applying and does not invalidate my claims of employment discrimination. SCBCB has confirmed that barred from applying took place between 7/19/2013 to 7/25/2013 and there is verification of applications being submitted for state positions on 7/19/2013. Barred from applying does not prevent applications from being submitted because position with SC Judicial was not until 7/22/2013 and does not exempt SCDEW and SCBCB from illegal employment discrimination.
SCHAC Attorney Joshua Barr letter therefore becomes invalid base on the provided statement and therefore all needed all to be informed.
