DO NOT. 205.167.35.5 Dear Governor Haley, Please reconsider your Tax Ballancing Act. I haven't received a paycheck since 2014. I just turned 58. I've been having to live off my undernourished 401k and hope it will stretch until I turn 62.5. Doubt it. Raising the gas tax only puts me on public assistance that much sooner. What I do have is time. Time to visit my friend Seth at Americans for Prosperity. Time to visit the State House again this year to protest any gas tax in any form. I suggest you spend that BILLION DOLLAR SURPLUS wisely. Then and only then pass the gimmie cap. Yours Truly, Stephen Lloyd
