Hello,
My name is Ona M. Pitzer,
My husband and I (John B. Pitzer)attempted to file our taxes via National Tax-our accountant in April 2016. The taxes were rejected as due to a leak at my husbands office (SC Baptist Convention-Greystone Blvd. Columbia SC )someone  had stolen his SS# and Identity to file the taxes in January. We had to file them via mail. We have received confirmation that they have the taxes, and are holding our refund..@2000.00-until they are -reviewed. This correspondence was dated 5/14/16. Well, we all know they will hold the refund -until- unless we do something about it to move it through the system. Please advise if there is a form we can fill out or how we would go about the Governor's office to help obtain our much needed refund.
