I am happy to discuss this further. My teenage daughter and I are avid sportsmen in South Carolina. We we are stewards of the environment and are very conservative in our harvest. I have taught her that you do not shoot anything that you do not plan on eating. I say this to let you know that we are not in the sport for the kill. The past deer season, we harvested 5 deer out of 93 that we logged on our hunts. I believe there are other ways to protect our hunting recourses, stricter limits are not the answer. The people taking more than a reasonable number of animals will continue to do so even with limits imposed. Thank you, Carl McCants
