First of all I voted for you twice, and have appreciated your service. I'm not really a supporter of the confederate flag but think that should have been a decision made by the voters. Especially since you can't completely understand due to your not having a blood connection to the south. But I'm still proud of your service to this state. However as the governor who took down a flag because it had been tainted in racism by ignorant people. I ask that you publicly call the "BLACK LIVES MATTER" organization a racist group as it is. I'm a 43yr old white man who lives in a predominantly black community and these people are great hard working honest people who take great offense to being called African Americans and will tell you that's a label not a race. They prefer to be know as "proud black Americans" and that makes me proud. I was born and raised right here in South Carolina I'm very proud of my town "Abbeville SC" I don't nor have I ever supported the KKK or any other neo nazi white supremacy groups they are racist and shameful to my own race. But just as those groups are racist so is black lives matter, the black panthers and in all honesty the NAACP as well. Why is it that the very people screaming racism are the most racist. The black community has BET( black entertainment television) the miss black America contest, the United negro college fund and on and on and on. But if there was a such thing as the miss white america contest, or white only television or the United white only college fund they would be rioting and screaming racism. My personal assessment of the two incidents in Nebraska and Louisiana is that those police officers murdered those two young black men. But all the rioting and protesting and such are not gonna make it right. Those officers are entitled to due process. And if these people really want their voices to be heard they should get out and vote. Please stand up as you did with the confederate flag and call these people
(Black Lives Matter) the racist that they are.
