I have personally brought someone back to life from a Fentanyl overdose, and I worked for Belka Engineering Associates in 2008 when they were last tasked with inspecting and testing the electric chair because James Earl Reed chose the chair over L.I. I feel this would have a dual benefit with regards to current L.I. protocol, and with the public's opinion of Fentanyl. There is still a social stigma about barbiturates because of their former involvement in the death penalty. I am not avidly for the death penalty. I feel heinously violent crimes are something I just lack the ability to preside judgement over, but I am against unnecessary pain and suffering. The public's opinion about Fentanyl needs to be changed. I felt the topic was worth sharing. Sincerely E. Hughes
