My wife and I are both senior citizens, we suffered flood damage. There is black mold damage in ceilings and under floors. the mortgage company (Financial Freedom) has insurance on this property and they have not sent a rep out to inspect the house. yet they plan on auction our house. They have been paid many times the audit shows this. We gave them almost 30,000. dollars and they did not count this as payment. My credit is now damaged and even the va will not loan us money to save our home. My wife had a mild heart attack, and I,m suffering from third stage liver damage, ptsd and brain injury. Governor we just need a few more months to get our credit right and get a new loan we are working with FEMA now. Please get me a stay I feel like this is an execution. The big banks have been hurting the little people for a long time, I am a Army vet Im not trying to get something for nothing Mam I just need help. I could sleep in the woods but my Wife can't. Finincial Freedom our case # is 15-02518 CIT Bank v Ford,Calvin/ Coolidge 2012-CP-33-00619.Our home value dropped due to flood damage The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau states that When both you and any eligible spouse have passed away or moved out of the home, the loan must be paid off. Most people need to sell their home to pay off the loan. But, neither you nor your heirs will have to pay back more than your home is worth.
