<WFUD_Request>My lawyer was court appointed to me in April 2016. I am in desperate need of legal advice yet she has not returned Any of my phone calls. My children are separated from each other currently in Oconee foster care through DSS(even though I've provided alternate related caregivers on April 22 2016. I've been making rapid progress but the DSS have neglected to keep their word as per our'family planning' agreement.  I need help. My 3 Yr. Old son ,Alijah , is scheduled for surgery next month for his tonsils butbut he has a milk allergy. Which is possibly the cause of his swollen tonsils. This is the first time he has had swollen tonsils and I fear it's because the foster parent is neglecting his milk allergy. However I do not know for sure and he may very well need this surgery for his health. As per the family planning they said I was to attend all medical appointments but they won't tell me when and obviously he was having'issues' but I am not exactly in contact with my case worker as her and I have history from high school.  Her immediate supervisor was my big sister when my parents were violated by the DSS 17 yrs ago.  And yes they both remember my less than fortunate family from then. I really need help. I do not know the process or my rights.  I do know that I have not lost my rights as custodial parent to all 5 of my children.  I also admitted and still currently amending my mistakes for even putting my children in this position in the first place.  There are a lot of discrepancies in this department and my children are suffering for it.  Please if you can'thelp me appoint me to someone who can. My child shouldn't be undergoing surgery to where they'll have to put him to sleep if it's not necessary. All for the purpose of validating their allegations that I medically neglected my child. I need help please.  Anybody I call can't give me legal advice but my lawyer Allyson Rucker has yet to respond since my court date May 24 the day I met her.
