In the horizon, things have drastically changed the scape of the United States...It's people, it's land, and it's consensus.

 The actual Enumeration shall be made within three years after the first meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent term of ten years, in such manner as they shall by law direct. Secrecy was never the issue...as black as the crest we stand behind. It is now beyond what human scope can evaluate, understand, and put forth a complete reconciliation for "sins of our fathers".

Supposedly it's a slavery issue, but no history of artifactual exhistence has been ever presented in any court, our nation or theirs. Just saying....this gossip and chitter chatter and pointing of fingers for a "non proven" is beyond ridiculous.
