Hey!  I am really upset about the situation of the road we live on.  I understand that there are many roads needing "attention" but this is ridiculous.  I get a phone call yesterday that the school bus will be picking up and dropping off my daughter at our local church (Pine Grove Baptist)until "further notice" because the bus gets stuck going down Sugar Bottom Road.  Now, to some this may not be an issue but for us I have to wake a 2 year old up to bundle and load in the car to take my 10 year old to the church to catch the bus.  How can we let this continue?  So today I called the county and they sent a couple of dump trucks out here with red clay to fix ONE area on the road and it only temporarily fixes it, they have done this a couple times in the past but red clay does NOT do anything but make it worse next time it rains.  Either way the bus still will NOT travel down it.  The state came out and put rock down on Pine Grove Road which made it 100% better so why can't they do that with Sugar Bottom?  There are people living on this road that wouldn't be able to get out if they had an emergency!  This is just ridiculous!  Please see what you can do to help...I and many others would greatly appreciate it!
