To whom it may concern, Governor Haley MUST send a letter to President Barack Obama, specifying that since the TPP was NOT created as a 'Treaty', as set out by the U.S. Constitution and Constitutional Law, that Governor Haley MUST send him a letter stating that because of his lack of Constitutional Authority upon this Matter, the Great State of South Carolina will refuse to follow the TPP. 
Reasons:
1) Make International Law the Law of the United States instead of the U.S. Constitution, and violates U.S. Sovereignty
2) Increases Protections of Foreign Countries from Prosecution by U.S. Citizens who have been Harmed or even had a Family Member killed by a Foreign Nations Corporation
3) Sets up an Unconstitutional International 'Tribunal Law Process' outside of U.S. Constitutional Guaranteed Due Process
4) Outsourcing of ALL Jobs (including Federal, State, and Local Government Jobs) to Foreign Corporations/Companies over U.S. Citizens
5) Pays Foreign Corporation/Companies to bring in their own personnel into the U.S. and paying the person brought in according to the wages they would get in their home Countries
6) Creates Monopolies in Foreign Products over U.S. Products
7) Increase U.S. Debt 

This is just a short list of reasons why Governor Haley needs to inform President Obama that South Carolina, nor ANY Citizen of South Carolina, will be party to this Unconstitutional 'Treaty'.
I recommend that Governor Haley listen to the KrisAnne Hall show titled 'The Complete TPP - Totally Unconstitutional' July 29 2016 and get Governor Haley Herself Informed.
