(CLEMSON, SC)---The 2001 Clemson Annual Dairy Conference, SC Dairy Association Annual Meeting, and the SC Dairy Association Board Meeting are scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 1, 2001, at the Clemson Outdoor Laboratory in Kresge Hall near T. Ed Garrison Livestock Arena in Clemson.

The program will focus on an update of the future of the milk processing industry and on dairy herd nutrition. Dr. Charles While from the Department of Food Science and Technology at Mississippi State University and Dr. William Chalupa, a well-known ruminant nutritionist from the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, will make presentations.

Registration fee is $15/person and includes breaks and lunch. Deadline for pre-registration is Friday, February 23, 2001.
