To whom it may concern,
   I have been trying for 3 days now to download the SC1040 Instruction Book. The website for SCDOR has the files listed but when trying to download the PDF file all I get is a .file ext which your computers may read but mine does not. How am I supposed to file my taxes for 2014 when the incompetent level at the SCDOR is downright deplorable to make such a stupid mistake as to set the wrong files for download. As you have noticed, I am not politically correct nor will I ever be. This event should have never happened. Please respond with the correct files that I can download. Thank you and have a blessed day.
