Dear Governor Haley,
Last year, I had a very bad experience with my physical education teacher in Dutch Fork High School. She was bullying me. She said that I was out of shape, gave me bad grades for no reason, embarassed me in front of all my friends, and also says my name wrong after I told her a lot of times how to say my name right to hesitate me. She would always call me out and always tries to make me mad and insecure. One time for example I had a doctor's note saying that I can't participate today, so I showed it to her and she hesitated and made me borrow my friend's clothes and participate. She said that she would take off points and I care so much about my grades so I chose to participate. My mother called the school twice, and came to school twice. The first time she spoke to the administrator and he said he will do something about it and he never did, second time they ignored her, and last time was after school ended we went and tried to talk to somebody who can help but no one did. The school is ignoring. Ever since last year I have been feeling insecure a lot, and I really don't want to go back to school and see her. Please help.
