If this is in fact the case then you need to stop the refugee resettlement program in the state. These people are not vetted and ISIS has said they will embed terrorists within these refugees. There is already a training camp in the Rock Hill/York area. Keep South Carolina safe and tell them "NO". Also I know there are many roads that need repaired from the flooding. There are 2 multi-million dollar project that are not priorities. They are the I526 extension and I believe it's Hwy 73 near Myrtle Beach. By shifting priority away from projects that don't need to be done and don't meet the criteria for extension there will be funds availably to make need repairs from the damage done from flooding.
