On March 15,2016 William Scott was arrested from my home for domestic violence high and aggravated nature. The incident occured infront of my two minor children ages 5 and 3. The incident also occured while I was 4 1/2 months pregnant. Upon his arrest William was not charged with any type of child endangerment or neglect. In this case upon his arrest the department of social services should have been contacted regarding the safety of the children but was not and still has yet to be. On the date of march 15, 2016 William hit me in my stomach with his bookbag, my reaction was I the proceeded to hit him. William then procceeded to grap me by my throat and drag me into the bedroom, lock me in the bedroom with him blocking the door, force me on the bed, pin me down by my throat and choke me with both of his hands around my neck while i kicked and screamed and begged him to get off of me. William was released from Jail on Tuesday June 21 on a 5,000 dollar bond for domestic violence and a 5,000 dollar bond for violation of probation. I personally believe that this bond was not reasonable as I stated let the courts do as they wish. My main concern is charges where not pressed on behalf of my children.
