My son Larry Haversack Jr. (born Sept 24th 1976)is the father of a little boy born May 3rd 2012 he raises alone Larry Haversack lll. He received a letter to go to a conference in N Charleston 2 days after the hearing, he called and made arrangements for another hearing to dispute being the father and he sent N Charleston and Clearfield Pennsylvania Domestic Relations Office all the paperwork needed. They said it is Amy Jo Blowers Royer (whom is the mother of the boy my son is raising alone) he lives alone and struggles to support him and my grandson an did it well. Now my son is going to have to go onto the system due to some kind of mistake in where the hearing was. He went to N Charleston and they claimed to know nothing about my son being there for a hearing Jan 2015 my son left and figured she must have found the father.He has papers South Carolina vs Larry Haversack lll and take approx. $450.00 monthly for the support of a child Mrs.Royer has. The original paperwork states "you are the father" not you are allegedly the father. My son was not aware the place of the hearing being changed to Berkeley County and when the gentleman brought the paperwork to my home I asked is this for the date change(Jan 2015)and he stated yes nothing about a different county.My son is to receive child support for Larry lll and Amy Jo Royer is in the arrears with that. 
my son was not given a hearing the Berkeley Co court that made this order did not take into consideration my son is raising a child alone he has with Ms Royer, works part time, has rent ect. My son is going to be homeless due to this and he did do a DNA right away he wants to get this resolved. We need help to stop this he was not given a fair hearing nothing was taken into consideration and Clearfield Penn Domestic Relations office knows nothing about Berkeley County they were still waiting to here from N Charleston they have called and emailed them numerous times and never got a response even asked my son where this money is being sent??Please help my son he cannot afford a Lawyer and is in desperate need! CanChild Support b stopped til DNA back and take into consideration my son raising a child he is 38 and struggles and never asked for anything. HE CANNOT PAY HIS RENT NEXT MONTH OR HIS CAR INSURENCE HE HAS GROCERIES AND NEEDS FOR HIS SON.
