I hope you enjoyed the Thanksgiving Holiday and were able to get away from the office for a while. I have attached last year’s proclamation for Children’s Dental Health Month and Give Kids a Smile Day and were hoping we could get the same proclamation done this year. The language can remain the same with the exception of the dates changing to February 2016 and Give Kids a Smile Day to February 5, 2016. I can type up another draft but I didn’t know if this would suffice.
