Columbia (AP) - An analysis by the Associated Press has found a handful of top people who work for the House of Representatives have seen double-digit pay increases during the past four years.

The pay increases came despite tough financial times in state government.

Some in the House are questioning the salaries.

Columbia Representative John Scott said Cox is paid more than the House Judiciary Committees' top lawyer.
