Gov. Haley, First I'd like to say, your speech at the 48th annual Equal Opportunity Dinner really spoke to me. I love how a small town Indian girl can become the Governor of her state and actually make a difference. The reason I'm writing you today pertains to the Hemp Bill you passed last year. To my understanding there still hasn't been an agency set up for the purposes of acquiring licensing. I've sent other emails to your office regarding this issue, however, I haven't received any correspondence. I'd like for my story to be similar to yours where a young black male, can struggle through the many adversities in his way and make something out of himself and make a difference. I'm sure you can understand this, and would love to offer your support and assistance. I'd like to know, 1) what's the hold up on setting up the agency and 2) what can I do to help the process and be ready when all things are in their place? Please respond and offer your support and assistance. Thanks, Your faithful constituent. Preston
