Arkansas has a Beneficiary Deed law as do several other states. This enables your heirs to go to the courthouse upon your death and get a deed for them without going through probabate court. This helps the people of the states save time and money and also saves the states money by bypassing probate court. Your efforts in passing this kind of law would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Bill Chism
